Acknowledging milestones are always a significant time at Green Leaves Early Learning – whether it’s birthdays, anniversaries or most recently, an award nomination.

Green Leaves recently had the pleasure of sharing the joy of celebrating a team member known fondly as our Administration superstar.

Emma was one of the top two finalists for Australia’s most prestigious award to recognise high achieving Administration Professionals.

She was selected for the Visionary Award at the 2021 Australian Administration Awards earlier this year, having been nominated by her colleagues at Green Leaves.

A Centre Administrator role at Green Leaves is by no means a small task. Emma’s passion and enthusiasm to continually elevate and support her colleagues demonstrates the Green Leaves commitments of:  Family Connections, Teams, Performance, Learning Environments and Centre Presentation.

She has been cited as a spectacular innovator with a drive to support new team members and those around her in her role as a mentor, while continuing to challenge herself, and broaden her knowledge.

Emma is a creative problem-solver, who is focused on driving change to benefit productivity and efficiency at her centre. She has created ripples of change within the business that have now been implemented across Green Leaves, improving efficiency.

Throughout the administrative processes projects, she has embarked upon, Emma’s constructive feedback and eye for detail has been a benefit to Green Leaves as we continue to grow.

The Australian Administration Award finalists are selected and interviewed by a panel of judges who are experts in their industries and inspirational leaders in their own right.

Emma attended the awards night in Sydney, providing her with an exciting opportunity to mingle with industry peers.

“The much-awaited awards night was such a lovely and extravagant event. Unfortunately, I didn’t win my category for the Visionary Award, but it was an absolute honour to represent Green Leaves. The recognition has been heartwarming.

I can’t thank the company enough for nominating me in this category for the Australian Administration Award,” said Emma.

“The team at Green Leaves is proud to work alongside Emma, whose continued passion and dedication to her role has been inspiring,” said Green Leaves’ National Operations Manager, Kirsten Berry.

“It’s such a great achievement and a wonderful acknowledgement of Emma’s outstanding work,” said Ms Berry.
