Our Support Office is made up of specialists in their fields who are passionate about supporting our Centres every day. They bring fresh ideas and practical solutions so our teams can focus on delivering high-quality care, while the Support Office handles the administrative side. This means our Educators can spend more time doing what matters most, supporting the children in our Centres.

‘My journey has given me the opportunity to be involved in the nurturing and growth of a young company with just three centres, to an industry leader, now with more than 40 centres nationally.

Being part of the evolution and creation of our beautiful early learning centres from the ground up has been and continues to be a privilege, and I am thankful every day for the opportunity to be a part of it.

‘As a Family Care Manager, the two most important responsibilities I have are to provide administrative support to our Centres and to assist our new families through their enrolment process. Speaking with families considering a place gives me the chance to share the story of Green Leaves Early Learning and what sets us apart from other providers.

I understand that enrolling children into a Centre can be overwhelming and confusing for some, so I take great pride in being able to ease their concerns and by making the process simple as well as ensuring regular communication is provided along the way.

As for daily life in the support office, I am very lucky to work in a fun environment where everyone works incredibly hard but enjoys sharing many laughs along the way.’
